Finding her practice.
Rain’s interest in yoga began in 2017, six months after giving birth. In an interview with MEGA, she described finding space to pause, breathe and reconnect with her body through movement. Gingersnaps dates the start of her teaching to January 2019.
Teaching by the coast.
At Liwa Strength & Movement in San Felipe, Zambales, Rain and fellow teacher Justin Lee bring yoga and other movement practices to students of different levels. Their first Movement Camp took place in June 2023, documented by creative studio TBC Manila.
A growing online classroom.
On YouTube, Rain shares power vinyasa classes alongside gentler recovery practices. She celebrated 8,000 subscribers in August 2026. Her channel also introduced a handstand workshop with Justin Lee, with lessons released through its membership tiers.

Rain’s teaching also includes hatha, yin and meditation. In a January 2025 GMA News interview, she spoke about building daily habits and giving personal progress room to change, rather than measuring wellness only through weight loss.
