How it started.

Rebecca grew up in Eastbourne, England, and trained as a commercial pilot in California before finding her way into fitness video hosting. Her publisher describes that first online fitness role as the point where her love of training, presenting and helping people came together.

Building her own world.

Her personal YouTube channel gained traction in 2016, alongside opportunities with brands including Nike and Lululemon. She launched BURN in 2018, followed by the It Takes Grit podcast in 2019. Her book of the same name arrived in September 2020, combining workouts, recipes and exercises for building daily habits.

A new chapter.

Rebecca summited Mount Everest on May 15, 2022, with Madison Mountaineering. Later, her own pregnancy and postpartum experience informed Luna Bloom, which she introduced in January 2025. Her work now includes follow-along fitness, motherhood-focused movement and conversations about motivation.
