Mini bio
How it started.
Rebecca’s interest in design grew in her high school costume department. At 18, she moved to New York City to pursue fashion. Her 2001 five-piece capsule included a take on the I Love New York T-shirt that reached The Tonight Show.
The bag that changed things.
In 2005, she created the Morning After Bag, known as the M.A.B., which became her breakthrough in handbags. Her brother Uri co-founded the label with her. She introduced her first ready-to-wear collection in 2009, building on the leathers, studs and hardware that fans knew from her bags.
Beyond the collection.
In 2018, Rebecca established the Female Founder Collective to connect and support women building businesses. Her Superwomen podcast also began in 2018. In Fearless, first published in 2021, she shares lessons from her own career about creativity, courage and entrepreneurship.
