Mini bio
How it started.
Riya first shared DIY gifting ideas during her school holidays in 2017. Inspired by fashion creators, she launched Snug Style Chic in January 2018 while in college, after spending six months getting her parents on board.
Finding her format.
Her StylexSSC series explored different ways to wear one piece of clothing. During lockdown she made more indoor videos, experimented with editing, and shared quarantine outfit ideas and DIYs. She reached 25,000 Instagram followers on 26 April 2020.
A new chapter.
In July 2025, Social Nation reported her reinvention of Snug as Snug 2.0, a fashion-focused creative lab. Her recent YouTube work spans scarf styling, hair tutorials, outfit inspiration, DIY decor and a look behind a perfume commercial.
