Mini bio
How it started.
Sneha’s route into food began with a love of cooking and a move to Le Cordon Bleu Paris to study pâtisserie. In an early interview, Sneha recalled interning at Pierre Hermé and working at Hyatt Regency in Kolkata before opening a bakery and cafe.
From cafe tables to phone screens.
Paris Cafe grew to nine outlets, according to Sneha’s 2026 interview with Noor Anand Chawla. After closing the cafes following Covid-19, Sneha turned to Instagram recipes and built a community that also opened the door to brand collaborations. F&B consulting remains another part of the work.
Food to share.
Alongside recipe videos, Spread Love follows cooking for other people. In 2025, Sneha brought RAIT to Bab Al Shams in Dubai, with an Indian menu inspired by childhood flavours and the pleasure of gathering around a table.
