Mini bio
How it started.
Steffy discovered fashion blogs while living in Nicaragua in 2011 and began sharing a love of vintage clothing. After moving to Miami, Steffy returned to fashion school, funded rent by selling vintage online and graduated with an AA in merchandising in 2012. Work as a J.Crew visual merchandiser followed.
Finding a new direction.
By 2017, content creation was a full-time job. During pandemic lockdowns, home projects became a bigger part of Steffy’s work, and the audience followed along with DIY experiments and renovations. The family bought a Catskills A-frame in 2021, turning it into another setting for seasonal decorating.
From projects to a book.
DK approached Steffy about a book in 2022. Published on September 26, 2023, A Home for Every Season brings together month-by-month decorating ideas, 25 DIY projects and five seasonal recipes. In 2025, Forbes placed Steffy seventh on its first Home Improvement 50 list.
