Mini bio
How it started.
An Oakton, Virginia, native, Steph worked as a clinical dietitian before becoming a full-time creator. Making videos after hospital shifts during the pandemic offered a creative outlet. A magnesium video went viral on TikTok in 2020, showing Steph how much appetite there was for clear nutrition explanations.
The approach.
Steph’s recipes and explainers focus on adding nourishment while keeping food enjoyable. The work combines home cooking, humor and explanations of nutrition, with recurring attention to fiber, protein and gut health.
From feed to cookbook.
Crave, Cook, Nourish brought that approach into a debut cookbook in February 2026. Written with Liz Crain, it pairs more than 80 recipes with guidance on balanced meals, grocery shopping and meal prep.
