How it started.
Toby Inskip shares his food discoveries as Eating With Tod. He began posting his “If you can’t take a date, take a mate” videos during lockdown. By September 2023, The Media Eye reported more than 250,000 TikTok followers and 350,000 Instagram followers, alongside work with Tortilla, Tabasco and Gordon Ramsay’s Street Pizza.
From food finds to festivals.
Restaurant visits remain at the heart of his work, alongside food tours and collaborations with fellow food personalities. Away from the camera, he teamed up with Alex Holland Davis of Savour Events to create FUME, a festival built around live-fire cooking and barbecue.
Bringing fans to the table.
His events also include Tod’s Festive Feast, a Christmas food market beside London’s Outernet in 2025. He is also a creator of ROOST with WingJam founder Alex, expanding the earlier wings event into a festival of chicken cooking from different cultures.
