How it started.
Born in Russia, Valeria moved to Israel with her mother at two. Modeling took her abroad as a teenager, before a later move to Canada. After becoming a parent, she earned a holistic nutrition certificate and looked for a way to share what she had learned beyond one-to-one appointments.
Finding an audience.
A blog led her to YouTube, where nutrition expanded into fashion, beauty, and family life. Her week-by-week pregnancy transformation became a widely shared introduction to her videos. She built Valeria Inc. with Gary, her husband and business partner.
Making room for conversation.
Not Alone launched in 2023, opening up conversations about identity, relationships, and motherhood. She has also spoken about closing her fashion e-commerce business after burnout, making space for podcasting, family, and Creator Method, a community for creators.
