Mini bio
How it started.
Abir began posting on TikTok in early 2021, moving from fashion content into food. A self-taught cook from West Bekaa, Lebanon, Abir had loved being in the kitchen since childhood and started filming to share that feeling with others.

The international cooking videos brought together food, music and outfits connected to each country. By January 2022, Beirut.com reported more than eight million TikTok followers. In a Reuters interview that year, Abir described doing the shopping, cooking and filming alone, with each video taking five to six hours before the additional work of editing and posting.
Beyond the feed.
Abir hosted Abir’s Kitchen during Ramadan 2023, exploring Middle Eastern dishes and their heritage. In October 2024, the Cook for Lebanon with Abir campaign launched to provide daily meals for displaced people. A partnership with Spacetoon followed, bringing Abir into animation through Abir and the Little Prince.
