By December 2016, Allan was publishing fashion photography in KALTBLUT. Their editorial “Hitcher” came from MBFW Madrid, with model Ines and stylist Anna Barr.

Allan’s work includes a Raf Simons archive story for HERO and a photographic series for Document Journal about queer life in Egypt, both published in 2023. The Document collaboration was styled by Jérémie Chegrane Bacqué.
