Mini bio
How it started.
Amelia Gray grew up in Los Angeles, the daughter of actors Lisa Rinna and Harry Hamlin, and appeared alongside the family on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. On Vogue’s podcast, Amelia described wanting to model from age five and actively seeking out the people who could help make it happen.
Finding a place in fashion.
The first runway appearance came with Dennis Basso’s spring/summer 2018 show, which Amelia opened and closed. The Lions dates the start of a high-fashion chapter to 2021, followed by runway and campaign work for houses including Chanel, Balenciaga, Miu Miu and Givenchy. Models.com’s 2023 awards named Amelia the industry-vote runner-up for Breakout Star: Women+.
Making things, too.
In 2024, Amelia moved into design with The Kooples, co-signing the multi-pocket Amelia shoulder bag. A FRAME denim collaboration followed in 2025. Alongside modeling and design, The Lions describes Amelia as a mental health advocate who uses a public platform to speak about those issues.
