Mini bio
How it started.
Brent grew up in Huntington Beach, California, and found an early audience making short comedy videos on Vine. By the time he moved into longer YouTube videos, his sketches and pranks had already brought together millions of fans. Sister Lexi became a familiar face in the videos, and the pair still collaborate.
From sketches to the screen.
In 2017, Brent starred in and helped produce the teen comedy Alexander IRL. He went on to play Isaac Salcedo in Hulu’s supernatural series Light as a Feather, and in 2020 joined Jayden Bartels as co-host and executive producer of Nickelodeon’s Group Chat with Jayden and Brent.
Building with friends.
Brent and business partner Max Levine started Amp Studios in 2018 to help creators build audiences and businesses. That collaborative approach also shows up in the videos: friends and fellow Amp creators join Brent for challenges and exploration trips. In 2025, he took another step beyond video with the launch of Levels chips.
