Mini bio
A piano in the living room.
Chester told Peter McGraw that he began exploring the family piano at six and learned by ear without lessons. Bryan Adams’ “Everything I Do (I Do It for You)” made him want to write songs of his own.
Finding his audience.
After hosting Disney 365 and writing lyrics professionally, Chester built a YouTube home for songs, covers, sketches and vlogs. “God Damn You’re Beautiful” became an early calling card. Collaborations such as “Nice Guys” with Kevjumba and Ryan Higa brought his music and comedy together.
From the channel to the stage.
His work expanded into screen acting and producing, including Side Effects and Camp Takota. On October 27, 2014, he made his Broadway debut as Stacee Jaxx in Rock of Ages, in an engagement scheduled through January 4, 2015.
Still making songs.
Recent releases include the Chester Goes Back In Time EP and the country singles “Before I Cheat (Holy Water)” and “Best Day Ever.” In May 2026 he also released an acoustic version of “Lonely Tune.”
