Mini bio
How it started.
Demi was born and raised in San Diego and says sport has been part of her life since childhood. A 2014 accident left her temporarily paralyzed. After recovering, she began sharing a life built around movement, from calisthenics and gymnastics to surfing, boxing and parkour.
Finding her audience.
Her post-recovery workouts turned everyday places into training spaces. The Shorty Awards highlighted grocery-store handstands, street tumbling and climbing as part of the videos that brought her a following. She passed one million Instagram followers in 2018 and became a Health & Wellness finalist at the 2019 Shorty Awards.

Her work brings together strength training, acrobatic challenges and adventures on wheels. Alongside her DemiBagbyFit programs, she has designed an obstacle for Red Bull Ibiza Royale, presented race coverage and taken on racing challenges with professional drivers. Her 2025 Roadkill Nights appearance introduced her to competitive drag racing, and she returned with a Charger build in 2026.
