How it started.
Salhab began making response videos after seeing people ask digestive-health questions online and receive inaccurate answers. He filmed in his car, adding a physician’s voice to the conversation.

His explanation of why shopping can trigger a bathroom visit became a standout. A breakfast video about blueberries, walnuts and coffee also spread widely, bringing news coverage and a faster-growing audience.
