Mini bio

How it started.

Emma grew up in East London and found her way into fashion through work behind the scenes. In her Fashionista interview, she describes starting as a fashion show producer’s assistant, then moving into sponsorships and brand partnerships. She went on to build ITB, an agency connecting brands with talent.

The Good American breakthrough.

In October 2016, Emma launched Good American with Khloé Kardashian. The denim line began with sizes 00 to 24 and made $1 million in sales on its first day. Emma pushed for the whole size range to sit together in stores, making inclusion part of how the business operated.

Sharing what she has learned.

Alongside Good American and her role as a founding partner of SKIMS, Emma has become a familiar business mentor through Shark Tank and her own podcast. Aspire launched in May 2025, followed by her first book, Start With Yourself, in April 2026. She also co-founded Off Season with Kristin Juszczyk.
