How it started.
Ernesto Rivas shares his cooking as Neto Craves. PETA traces his home-kitchen recipe sharing to 2013. On his own website, he explains that he began his vegan journey as The Rawboy and later chose Neto Craves because it better reflected who he had become.

Born in Texas and raised in Mexico, Neto brings both places into his food. In his introduction to Craving It, he describes recipes shaped by childhood favorites and years of vegan cooking. His books make room for pozole, mole, ceviche, tacos and tamales alongside breakfasts, desserts and everyday meals.
From videos to books.
His work spans recipe videos and the Craving It! digital book series, including a Liquid Edition devoted to salsas, drinks, dressings and marinades. Craving It: The Collection gathers 60 vegan recipes in hardcover and digital formats. He also co-created a 21-Day Mexican Vegan Reset meal plan with author Kim-Julie Hansen.
