Mini bio
How it started.
Moses began by filming friends on football pitches and sharing work on YouTube. He taught himself rather than attending film or photography school, and received his first Nike directing commission at 18.
Finding his audience.
His Nike work led to further collaborations, including Off-White and Alyx. In 2020 he photographed Pa Salieu for Dazed’s winter cover, becoming the magazine’s youngest cover photographer. Music videos such as FE!N and Chains & Whips brought his visual language to new audiences.
Family in the frame.
His photographs draw on his South London upbringing, Nigerian heritage and old family pictures. His grandmother, mother and sister helped introduce him to art and fashion. Regina, his 2023 debut solo exhibition and 2024 first monograph, pays tribute to the women who shaped him.
Beyond the photograph.
Moses has carried that approach into exhibitions, films and objects. Selah brought photographs and films together at 180 Studios in 2025, while his BRIT Awards trophy drew on sculptures his mother kept at home. That year he also won Best Director at the UK Music Video Awards.
