Mini bio
Before the camera.
Graham began working in real estate at 18. In interviews, he describes saving commissions because sales were unpredictable, then buying inexpensive foreclosures in 2011, fixing them up, and renting them out.
Finding his audience.
He posted his first YouTube video in December 2016. The channel gave him a place to talk about credit cards, saving, investing, and property with people who shared those interests. By his December 2019 interview with The Financial Diet, he said the channel alone was earning over $1 million a year.
A familiar face in personal finance.
His 2019 reaction to his own CNBC Millennial Money feature brought his spending habits into the same format he used to discuss other people’s budgets. Today his official site lists more than five million YouTube subscribers, along with a real estate course, a newsletter, and Bankroll Coffee.
Longer conversations.
The Iced Coffee Hour began in May 2020. With Jack Selby, Graham interviews guests about their lives, careers, and finances. Recent episodes stretch from property and investing to restaurants, fitness, and the business of online media.
