Jazzi told PAPER that watching Michelle Phan in fifth grade sparked her interest in makeup. She was drawn to both character transformations and everyday looks.
Skin positivity.
On her own website, Jazzi describes herself as an artist and designer who makes playful beauty videos. Her experience with acne informs her wish to show real skin and help viewers feel comfortable with their own.
Color theory together.
In 2022, Jazzi and Monica Ravichandran drew attention with lipstick comparisons across their different skin tones. Their demonstrations showed how the same product could look noticeably different on each person.
