Mini bio
How it started.
Jennifer played tennis through college before building a career in fitness. A clip of Kacy Catanzaro on American Ninja Warrior inspired her to try obstacle training at Ninjas United in Minnesota. She first worked as a course tester, then earned an invitation to join Team Ninja Warrior.
The MinneNinja years.
In 2016, she won the first Team Ninja Warrior championship with Party Time alongside Brian Arnold and Jake Murray. She also competed on American Ninja Warrior and developed the MinneNinja training app. Online, her work includes home workouts, strength challenges and exercise videos with her daughter.
A new court.
Jennifer began playing professional pickleball in 2020. She founded Pickleball by Jennifer, offering individual and group lessons, and teaches at Pints and Paddle in Maple Grove. She also joined the cast of Pickleball Paddle Battle, which released its first season in 2026.
