Mini bio
How it started.
Jenny began Little Green Notebook in 2007, sharing decorating ideas, products and hands-on projects. In a January 2010 look back, she described how her audience grew during 2009 from about 5,000 monthly visits to roughly twice that each day as she developed her design business.
Rooms with a personal story.
Her work grew into Juniper Home, with home renovations, DIY tutorials and magazine contributions, including work as a contributing editor for Domino. Projects on her site include the Evergreen House in Mesa’s historic district and the Gentry House.
From interiors to art.
Jenny and Michael launched Juniper Print Shop in 2017. Her own artwork sits alongside work by independent artists. Her interest in Christian art reaches back to working at BYU’s Museum of Art during college. The couple later created The Rooted Home, where Jenny’s art and Michael’s devotionals bring that interest into a shared project.
