Mini bio
How it started.
Jill graduated from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities, and began as a high school teacher before moving into sales at Xerox and then computer sales. Later, she tried sales training, but repeating the same workshops left her restless. Helping a healthcare technology company with a product launch pointed her toward work she loved. She named her business Leapfrog Strategies.
Finding her readers.
Selling to Big Companies brought her strategies for reaching corporate decision-makers to a wider audience. Fortune selected it as one of eight must-read sales books. She followed it with SNAP Selling, Agile Selling and More Sales, Less Time, building a body of books, essays, videos and practical sales resources.
What comes next.
Through What’s Really Possible, Jill now explores how people can create change in their lives and communities. Her book Pivotal Moments brings that focus to career shifts, setbacks and fresh starts. Her sales website continues to offer free ebooks, worksheets, kits and other resources.
