How it started.
A Detroit native and professional MMA fighter, Keith began posting family videos on TikTok in 2020. He told MMA Fighting that recording helped him practice speaking through the anxiety he felt during fight interviews. Cooking videos followed, including meals inspired by his wife’s pregnancy cravings.
Finding the format.
An invitation from People Vs Food helped sharpen his direction. Keith told Mashed he began making food reviews the focus in November 2022 so visitors from that show would have a reason to follow. Reviews of 303 Food Truck and Frankensons Pizzeria brought new crowds to small Las Vegas businesses. His format keeps the details practical: what he ordered, what it cost, and a score out of ten.
Beyond a taste test.
His quesadilla videos with Alexis Frost led to Chipotle’s Keithadilla in 2023. With Microsoft’s The Reheat, he returned to restaurants after their sudden growth to explore the work behind it. In 2026, he added the FamiLee Day festival, a Tubi series following his family’s preparations, and an investment in Brooklyn Dumpling Shop.
