How it started.
Chelsey began keto in February 2018 and started documenting her experience on Instagram that year. In her Shoutout Arizona interview, she described being unable to fit on a Universal Studios ride during a 2017 vacation, then finding encouragement in a friend’s keto progress.
Making it fit her life.
Her focus is eating out while keeping meals low-carb. Her Half Assed Keto Guide collects the restaurant swaps, snack ideas and everyday choices she uses herself. She also offers private Zoom conversations through her website.
