Mini bio
How it started.
Kiki began sharing plant-based food after changing the way she ate and, in her own account, losing about 70 pounds. She says she started YouTube because the recipes she found felt too complicated and she wanted somewhere to talk about plant-based eating.
From her community to the bookshelf.
Plantifully Lean began with her online community before Simon Element published an expanded edition in April 2023. Plantifully Simple followed in July 2024, adding 100 recipes and a 28-day meal plan. Its publisher lists it as a national bestseller and one of Food Network’s 10 best new vegan cookbooks.
Beyond the kitchen.
Her publisher also credits appearances at The Truth About Weight Loss Summit, the Mastering Diabetes conference and Rip Esselstyn’s Plant Stock.
