Mini bio
How it started.
Kristina grew up with a Lebanese mother and an Ecuadorian father. While attending Rice University, she started Rawfully Organic in Houston to make fresh produce more accessible. On her official site, she recalls packing and sharing fruit and vegetable boxes with family, friends and neighbors.
From produce boxes to videos.
Co-op members kept asking what to do with unfamiliar fruits and vegetables. Kristina began posting recipe videos to answer them, turning local questions into the FullyRaw Kristina YouTube channel. Her book description credits a 2014 21-day video challenge with helping her audience grow.
A wider FullyRaw world.
Her 2016 book, The Fully Raw Diet, brought her recipes and a 21-day plan into print. Her work now also includes a recipe app, online programs and retreats. From Hawaii, she shares recipes, gardening and life around her fruit orchard.
