Mini bio
How it started.
Lewis grew up in Delaware, Ohio, and built his early identity around sport. After an injury ended his professional football career, he stayed on his sister’s couch and sought mentors through LinkedIn.
Finding a new direction.
Those conversations helped him find a path into business and interviewing. He launched The School of Greatness in 2013, starting with an interview recorded on his iPhone.
From conversations to books.
His 2015 book The School of Greatness brought his approach to readers. The Mask of Masculinity explored vulnerability in 2017, followed by The Greatness Mindset in 2023 and Make Money Easy in 2025.
Still showing up.
In October 2026, Lewis released episode 2,000. His solo reflection returned to consistency, service and the inner work behind a public career.
