How it started.
Libby is from Kansas and is now based in Houston. Famous Birthdays dates her first Instagram photo to October 2016. In a 2021 Gymshark interview, she recalled going to the gym alone without knowing what to do, then leaving proud that she had tried.
Finding her place.
By 2021, Libby was taking part in Gymshark’s conversations about making fitness more welcoming. She voiced its International Women’s Day campaign and hosted an athlete discussion about women’s experiences in the industry. Her advice to nervous gym-goers centered on having a plan, enjoying their music and giving themselves time.
Training and creating.
Her work includes a Gymshark Signature Series built around her favorite pieces and the phrase “a bad day is still a luxury.” On Alive, she teaches strength and hypertrophy through LIFT, which emphasizes compound movements and progressive overload.
