Mini bio
How it started.
Lina’s international runway debut came in 2011. In a 2012 Models.com interview, she said Liquidmodels discovered her at a casting in China and sent her to Fusion in New York. She remembered her first New York fashion week and working with photographer Daniel Jackson as early favourites.
Finding her way back.
After time away for marriage and motherhood, Lina returned to the runway in 2018. By February 2019, she had appeared in a Balenciaga campaign and was walking for Proenza Schouler, Oscar de la Renta, Jil Sander and Max Mara. She also walked in Daniel Lee’s first Bottega Veneta runway collection.
Her own rhythm.
In her 2026 Vogue Hong Kong interview, Lina described balancing work and family as an ongoing process. She said she wanted to develop her own style rather than use another supermodel as a benchmark. Her recent work includes campaigns for Prada, Burberry and Bottega Veneta, alongside magazine covers and runway appearances.
