How it started.
Lindsay began her blog and Instagram to document the meals she was making and share her experience of autoimmune illness. In her original About Me page, she recalls deleting the account several times before finding a way of sharing that felt comfortable. That early space became Wellness With Linds.
From posts to a business.
Her early TikTok videos about herbalism went viral, according to a 2024 interview about Symbi’s social media strategy. Requests for her tea blends helped turn the online project into a business. She founded Symbi in summer 2021, and its story remains closely connected to her work as a creator.
