How it started.
María began sharing everyday photographs on Instagram in 2012: outfits, trips and family moments. In interviews with HOLA! and Forbes, María described a love of taking and editing photographs that gradually turned into paid fashion work. YouTube followed in early 2016, giving followers a chance to hear the person behind the pictures, and monthly lookbooks for HOLA!4u widened that work.
Building beyond the feed.
In 2015, María helped start Tipi Tent with sister Marta and Luis Giménez. In 2019 came the music event Suave Fest and the fashion label Name The Brand. María told Vanitatis that the new label was intended for a more mature audience, with followers invited to help shape its direction.
A family on screen.
Pombo launched on Prime Video in 2023, taking viewers into family life. María later explained to Vanitatis that the original proposal centred on María alone, but including the family was essential. The series reached its fifth season in February 2026, and Prime Video has confirmed a sixth.
The latest chapter.
Fashion collaborations with Alaniz have brought María’s designs to Chile. In 2026, María also worked with Mahou San Miguel on YUZZ, contributing to its flavour and packaging.
