How it started.
Millane was making posts back in the musical.ly days. In an ERFOLG Magazin interview, Millane recalled borrowing a parent’s camera for photographs and wanting to become a model as a child. The publisher of Monday Motivation dates the TikTok breakthrough to 2020, when the videos reached a million-strong audience within six months.
From outfits to collections.
Outfit inspiration, getting-ready videos and beauty tips are recurring parts of Millane’s work. Fashion has also become a design business: a first ABOUT YOU collection was already out by 2022, and the partnership continued through seasonal millane collections, including Spring/Summer 2026.
More than the outfit.
Millane also shares thoughts about Christian faith and personal growth. The Monday Motivation format became a book in 2021, with weekly reflections and space to write. Other work includes a role as Marta in Leben ist jetzt – Die Real Life Guys and a German Kérastase partnership announced in 2025.
