Mini bio

How it started.

Meredith first pursued fashion, working in ad sales and marketing at Condé Nast while taking evening culinary classes. They also cooked in a restaurant on weekends. Their first private-chef clients came in December 2019, and the work became full time after they were furloughed and later laid off in 2020.

The videos that opened the door.

Wishbone Kitchen’s social accounts began as a way to advertise private-chef services. In 2022, videos of grocery shopping, cooking and everyday work in the Hamptons found a much bigger audience. Fans could follow the whole day, including the less glamorous work behind a finished meal.

A table of their own.

The work grew into recipes, The Group Chat newsletter and the YouTube cooking series Dinner with Friends. Their 2025 debut cookbook became a New York Times bestseller. In 2026, Wishbone Kitchen expanded to Netflix with cooking and homemaking at the Barn in the Hamptons.
