How it started.
Nick has described being bullied for his small size at school and retreating from other students. He began going to the gym in high school. In a 2018 first-person account for 1UP Nutrition, he recalled struggling to bench press the bar, then gaining muscle and confidence as he kept training.
Building FalkeFit.
He turned that interest into personal training and online fitness content. His Falke Fitness site identifies him as its founder and a certified trainer with a kinesiology degree. His Trainerize profile lists NASM certification. By January 2024, Captiv8 was featuring him in a roundup of fitness creators, citing both his exercise videos and personal coaching.
Training around real life.
His coaching FAQ describes programs that adapt to travel, home equipment or bodyweight exercise. FORM by FalkeFit extends that work into workout and meal plans, exercise videos and progress tracking. Its iPhone members app was released in January 2026.
