Mini bio

How it started.

Rachel grew up in Queens and later built an online law practice serving entrepreneurs. In an early interview, she recalled that three people seeking business-law advice became her first clients when she opened the practice in 2010.

From legal advice to business coaching.

After years running the firm, Rachel found herself especially drawn to marketing, sales and helping clients build their businesses. She says a mentor encouraged her to charge for the business advice she was giving away. That work grew into Hello Seven, focused on helping women and historically excluded people build wealth.

The book that reached readers.

Her 2021 book We Should All Be Millionaires brought her message to a wider audience. It became a Wall Street Journal and USA Today bestseller, and Audible included her self-narrated edition among its Best of 2021 selections. Million Dollar Action followed as a companion workbook in 2024, then Future Millionaire brought her ideas to young readers in 2025.

On screen and in the community.

Her podcast evolved into The Rachel Rodgers Show, combining business conversations with coaching on location. She also runs the Hello Seven Foundation, which helps families access prenatal care and postpartum support, including doulas and midwives.
