How it started.
Raquel began exploring keto cooking during the pandemic lockdown, spending time reading, learning and trying recipes. In her own account of those early days, she credits her daughter with the idea of sharing her cooking on Instagram.

Her recipes grew into @raquel.ketoymas and two published cookbooks. She focuses on everyday dishes without sugar or gluten that she can share with her family, including people who do not eat keto.

Keto fácil brings together 90 recipes alongside shopping ideas and kitchen tips. Her 2026 book, Sin azúcar, por favor, turns to 80 sweet recipes, from cakes and cookies to frozen desserts.
