Food without the fuss.

Following her curiosity.
Ruby’s work now moves between recipes, cultural criticism and reporting. She has written for The New Yorker, Vittles, The Guardian and ELLE. All Consuming examines the forces shaping modern appetite, while her audio work for Signal Hill follows the people trying to preserve the lute.
