Mini bio
How it started.
Seema studied neuroscience at Manchester, but wanted a career in food. She worked as a kitchen porter while studying, then lined up restaurant trials after graduating and landed a job at Lucky Cat. She later became a food producer and presenter at Mob Kitchen before building her own channels.
Food as a way to explore.
Her national-dish series grew from discovering Filipino chicken adobo while at university. That curiosity became a calling card: recipes that invite followers to explore another place through dinner. Her mother’s Indian home cooking also shapes the way she puts flavour first and treats ingredients flexibly.
From the feed to the bookshelf.
Craveable: All I Want to Eat arrived in the UK in November 2024 and the US in July 2025. Rather than organising dinner by ingredient, the book follows what you feel like eating. In 2026 she began co-hosting Tesco Kitchen with Greg James, cooking with guests and sharing ideas viewers can try at home.
