Sonny served his first professional plate in 2004, aged 16. His official biography describes a career across a dozen restaurants around the world, followed by his own private cooking business.
Finding an audience.
When the pandemic hit, Sonny shifted toward social media. An early announcement from his representatives reported more than 250,000 TikTok followers gained in two weeks in March 2020. That same month, Teen Vogue included him in its guide to ten TikTok food accounts, highlighting approachable meals and practical kitchen tips.
