Mini bio
How it started.
Tammy’s audience grew around fitness and the experience of becoming a young mum. Sharing pregnancy and postpartum training helped followers connect with the person behind the workouts. Requests to understand those routines became an opening to sell downloadable fitness programs.
Building beyond the feed.
Those programs developed into Tammy Fit, an app bringing workouts and nutrition together. Tammy also launched activewear label Saski in 2017. In an interview with Afterpay, Tammy explained wanting the clothing brand to have an identity that could stand independently of their personal profile.
A new chapter.
In 2024, Tammy published Show Up and narrated its audiobook, sharing lessons about work, relationships, movement and parenting. The next steps included co-founding Selfish Supps with sisters Amy and Emilee in 2025 and joining Aussie Shore as House Boss in 2026.
