How it started.
Tiffany grew up in Southfield, Michigan, and studied chemical engineering at Howard University. She moved to Arizona to work as a process engineer. A trip to Paris Fashion Week inspired her to launch The Werk! Place in 2012.
Finding her audience.
Her combinations of prints, textures, accessories, and color became central to her work. Fashion Bomb Daily named her its 2013 Fashion Bombshell of the Year. She later brought her perspective to television as a host of CLEO TV’s Boss Girl’s Guide.

Sunday Stroll brings her style into neighborhood walks, with outfit checks, food stops, shopping, and local stories. Her season two credits name her as executive producer and on-camera talent. In June 2026, she spoke with Aisha Beau about creative independence and finding funding for the self-funded series.
