How it started.
Before @byaimeekelly, Aimee used the name ChicMyStyles for her personal blog and online clothing boutique. A 2023 profile described the shop as a long-held ambition, alongside her interests in thrifting, singing, and creating content.
Finding her audience.
By July 2022, Society19 had included Aimee in its fashion Instagram recommendations, pointing to her colorful suits, platform heels, and outfit ideas for everyday occasions. Bright color and playful accessories became the thread running through her work.
Making it her own.
Aimee told POPSUGAR that her mother and Latine heritage inspired her colorful style. Her combined closet, office, and studio is called AimeeLand.
