Mini bio
How it started.
Bianca grew up in a family that cooked from scratch and loved cooking and baking as a child. She began sharing her own recipes on social media in 2013, then created her food blog to share that passion more widely.
From posts to books.
Her first cookbook, Vegan Foodporn, appeared in 2019. Its English-language distributor describes it as Germany’s bestselling vegan cookbook of that year. Books including Vegan Soulfood, Vegan Cakeporn and Vegan Everyday followed, extending her work from everyday meals to elaborate bakes.
Behind the pictures.
Bianca develops recipes, photographs her dishes and styles the food herself. Her blog offers recipes in German and English, with an emphasis on plant-based meals and sweets. Vegan & Delicious, published in October 2025, brings together breakfasts, main dishes, snacks and desserts.
