Early food adventures.
Billy D’Souza was already sharing food reviews, cooking tips and eating challenges by April 2020, when he appeared on Out Of The Blank. The interview introduced him as a Southampton food blogger whose stories mixed food with everyday life and humour.
Finding his place at Food Review Club.
Food Review Club calls Billy its first food hero and credits him with creating “New Bangers”. In a November 2021 podcast appearance, he discussed his route into cooking and feeding people during lockdown. His own channel brings together new food finds, product reviews and cooking videos.
From reviews to a chocolate collection.
In May 2026, he collaborated with Grá Chocolates founder Gráinne Mullins on a Father’s Day range made in Galway. The collection drew on comfort-food flavours, including banana bread and sticky toffee pudding.
