Mini bio
Before EÉRA.
Chiara built a career in fashion as a creative consultant and online style voice. In an interview with L’Orafo Italiano, Chiara described studying communication before specialising in design, and enjoying the whole process from drawing a product to seeing it made.
A small object, a new direction.
Chiara and Romy Blanga met through fashion work and launched EÉRA in 2019. A snap hook found in a Tokyo vintage shop became the starting point for earrings with working hinges. The brand makes its jewellery by hand in Vicenza, Italy.
Finding an audience.
The combination of neon colours, diamonds and recognisable hardware caught attention. WWD credits the founders’ Instagram audiences and friends with helping the label reach buyers. EÉRA later expanded into bags, home objects and a furniture collaboration with Secolo.
