How it started.
Morgan McSweeney began posting as Dr. Noc in February 2020. A scientist working on monoclonal antibody-based treatments for respiratory infections, he brought his research background to the questions people were asking about COVID-19.

Short, homemade videos helped him reach people outside scientific circles. By July 2021, Sarasota Magazine reported more than 600,000 TikTok followers. His mix of explanations, reactions and research references grew into channels with more than 3.5 million followers by July 2025.
