Mini bio
How it started.
Before modeling, Hailey trained in ballet. In Vogue’s 73 Questions, Hailey said the switch came after quitting dance and deciding to try modeling. Runway debuts for Topshop and Sonia Rykiel followed in 2014, and an IMG Models contract in 2016 helped mark the next stage of that career.
Making a space online.
Hailey launched a dedicated YouTube channel with OBB in March 2021. Beauty routines sit alongside conversations and cooking, with Who’s in My Bathroom? turning a familiar getting-ready space into a place for food, games and guests. OBB says the channel reached one million subscribers within six weeks.
Building Rhode.
Rhode launched in June 2022, translating years around makeup artists and skincare experts into a focused beauty line. In 2025, the brand agreed to join e.l.f. Beauty, with Hailey taking on an expanded creative and innovation role. The work now includes skincare, hybrid makeup and a growing presence in shops around the world.
