Mini bio
How it started.
Hala’s interest in fashion grew from watching her Lebanese mother’s style. In a 2013 Arab News interview, she recalled choosing her own outfits and accessories as a child. Styling friends and family brought requests from new clients. She trained at Sterling Style Academy in New York before returning to Jeddah to build her career.
Building a name.
By 2013, her work included styling a Ralph Lauren fashion show in Jeddah. Harper’s Bazaar Arabia featured her in its 2016 Best Dressed series. Her later work includes styling the magazine’s December 2020 feature with Princess Noura bint Faisal Al Saud and writing guides to Saudi abaya and jewellery labels.
Style with a personal touch.
Raised in the United States, Hala brings Western and Middle Eastern influences together. Her psychology degree from George Washington University informs her understanding of clients. Beyond consulting and sharing fashion online, she serves on the Saudi Fashion Association’s board and is listed among Jewels of the World’s past event ambassadors.
